NW Navigator Policy Update

All NW Navigator Employees,

We have just renewed our lease with ADM! During the renewal process several meetings were held concerning policies and procedures of NW Navigator and ADM employees. The following procedures were discussed and agreed upon to make our relationship with ADM as smooth and mutually beneficial as possible:

• In a joint meeting between Joe and Kevin with ADM the two came to an agreement that NO NW Navigator employee should pass through the ADM locker-room on their way to the Men’s restroom or enter the ADM locker-room at any time for any reason, out of respect for AMD. The decision is that NW Navigator employees are to walk around the ADM office and enter the restrooms from the designated public entrance. This also means that AMD employees will not enter into the NW Navigator driver’s room, out of respect for NW Navigator.

• ADM has also stated that the limited number of front parking spots are reserved for ADM and NW Navigator office staff only. All non-office staff of NW Navigator must park at the rear of the building. Failure to adhere to this parking policy will result in corrective action by NW Navigator Management.

• Please be aware that the speed limit is 5 mile per hour on all ADM property. As well, please view the image below which depicts off limit zones for NW Navigator employees on ADM property.

• In addition to the previously stated policies, the trash company has placed a restriction on the types of items that can be placed into the Trash and Recycling dumpsters behind the warehouse. No cans or bottles are to be placed in or disposed of into either dumpster. There are designated receptacles for disposal of these items and they are clearly marked and can be found both in the drivers’ room and behind the NW Navigator office building.
