Late Spot and Load Issues

Hello Northwest Navigator Drivers, we recently have had a bump in concerns over drivers missing their spot and load times. It is required that we have the equipment on spot and ready to load when the paperwork indicates. Customers and Passengers depend on these timelines to make their goals happen. We are required to accommodate their needs.

If you find a piece of equipment that is broken or needing attention, immediately contact your dispatcher so they can let the customer know. While en-route to your spot and pickup locations, do not stop for coffee or any other items, please proceed directly to your spot location so that you are present when the customer needs you. Tardiness affects customer satisfaction, and in turn, hurts the company and our on-time performance reputation.

It is a violation of company policy to be late for garage on-duty time, spot and pick up as per section 3:13 in Employee Manual. Please take a minute to review your company manual as it relates to this issue. Being late to the customer is unacceptable if you wish to continue employment with Northwest Navigator Luxury coaches.

You may review your Company Manual at the link below. Please provide the requested information and a copy will be prepared for you to review. If you have any questions about spot and load times, see your dispatcher or safety manager for help.
