We want to take this opportunity to thank every team member for their hard work over the last few weeks, and say that we really appreciate your willingness to pick up  extra runs, especially those related to the new casino contract! The willingness to help out with this new venue and all the extra business that has launched this year has been nothing short of amazing!

The year has had an incredible start and with the sales teams diligence, we are maximizing the schedule and keeping very busy, this should continue for the remainder of the year. As we grow and add new drivers and equipment, our schedules should grow and opportunities for advancement increase! We have recently promoted Naseer Khan as our first NAVIGATOR, this new job category will be available to more participants as our fleet and staff grow in 2017.

We will be welcoming three new Prevost Motorcoaches in early June, and we are sure that our Professional Motorcoach Operators will enjoy navigating these new, luxury vehicles. The three new Prevost coaches have updated technology in safety and luxury features, which will continue to promote the Northwest Navigator Luxury and Safety culture. We look forward to their arrival, and hope you all will enjoy the additions to the fleet!

As we add new business and equipment to the fleet, we are also increasing the staff with new Motorcoach Operators and Dispatch staff. You will see several new drivers to include Jim Anderson, James Brooks and David Brown. Make sure to say hello and continue to help them get acclimated.

Additionally, James Mallory will be joining our team as our Dispatcher, so please take the time to stop in and introduce yourselves to him as he comes online later this month. If you have any referrals for new driver candidates, please remember to let them or us know so we can attract top talent!

Also remember to always check in on the RBS system as things are changing rapidly during our busy season. You can always get your most updated information by checking in to the RBS system. Also, please remember to leave your paperwork in your inbox, as there may be last minute changes which will require updating and replacing paperwork from time to time.
